Dr. Jim graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. He started the Wolf River Clinic in 1996 and has since focused his efforts on companion animal medicine and surgery since that time. His special interests include canine reproduction, orthopedic surgery and animal welfare.

EMERGENCY SERVICES.

A doctor is on call for emergency services from 6:00AM to 9:00 PM on Monday through Friday, and 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Emergency calls outside of these specified times are referred to the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center in Appleton at 920-993-9193.

We strive to protect and nourish the special bond that exists between a pet and it's owner and/ or family. Since all of the employees have numerous pets themselves, we deeply value the importance of animals in our lives and we strive to reflect this in the care of our client's animals.

Stray Animal Fund Endeavor

The Wolf River Veterinary Clinic maintains a fund that is based on private donations, for the care of stray animals who need a home. These funds off set the costs of caring for sick and injured animals, spaying, neutering, vaccination and then caring for them until they can be placed in a caring home.

While we cannot function like a humane society, we try, to the best of our abilities to give every animal a chance at life.
