MISSION STATEMENT
|
THE FEATHER'S GOALS
To accept sick, injured or orphaned wild birds from private citizens, animal control, nature centers, law enforcement persons and to provide them with needed help. To rescue, when necessary, wild birds needing help. To provide rehabilitation services to all potentially releasable wild birds. To present information and education to school children and the general public regarding wildlife and wildlife related problems. To be advocates for all wildlife, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.
A special thanks to my friend and mentor, Barb Harvey, for all that she has taught me about birds of prey.
